Hello, I am Grace!
Welcome to my blog! I am so happy you’re here!
I am a wife to my high school sweetheart, Tyler. We have been together for over 15 years! We entered the journey of parenthood with a beautiful girl.
I have been studying health and fitness for over 8 years. I have a bachelors in Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology where I studied medical and exercise physiology and physical rehabilitation. The focus of my Masters was in Cardiac Physiology. I love all things fitness, wellness, and overall health. I am one of those people that know random facts about health and will bring it up at random and not so random times. I love sharing and learning about everything health related (backed by science).
My husband and I have been married for over 7 years now but have gone through a great deal in the last 18 years together. I’ve learned a lot about relationships and marriage along the way. I have been a mom for almost 4 years now and it has been quite the journey. So many ups and downs and a huge learning curve. I’ve learned as a new mom is that having a support system is so important. I want to help you with that. I hope to grow with a community of women who can share in the struggles and triumphs of motherhood and marriage. My husband and I welcomed our son in 2022!
What will you find here?
I have a passion for relationships, health and now motherhood. I also love to talk about finances and how that comes into play in a marriage and in motherhood.
Entering these new stages of my life has stretched me and challenged me to reconsider what does it mean to be a wife, friend, and mother as each new identity is added. I want to share with you how these different identities play a role in my health and fitness, and my daily life.
So, if you’re looking for tips, advice, stories or even encouragement about marriage, relationships, mom-life, fitness, and finances, then you’ve come to the right place!
I want to document my transition and growth from wife to also being a mom. I want to share raw and honestly about my experiences. I hope to use this platform to encourage and help those in similar stages of life.
